Refund policy

Returns 

Please note that, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all wearable items are currently final sale. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping cost for returns.

The following items and item types cannot be returned:
- Wearables (for the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic)
- Gift cards 
- Dice
- Playing cards
- Cards of Fortune
- Lip balm

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days of receiving the returned item(s). 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items are eligible for returns; all sale items are final sale.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Storm Crow Shoppe, 1619 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC, V6J 1W9, Canada 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
